We develop new textile constructions or improve existing one according to your specific requirements. The serial analysis of stressing state, aerodynamics and aeroelastic properties enables to create an optimal design. Thorough modeling based on advanced software helps to simulate real situations beforehand, predict performances and correct design if needed.
When projecting the complex shape of spectcular balloons and inflatable figures we apply modern CAD / CAE systems to generate its three-dimensional virtual model. The MONSTR software predicts the shape under loading and original construction is corrected if necessary to avoid excessive strains, distortion and wrinkles on the surface. The final shape can be broken into plane cutting patterns presented in CAD format.
